WCF creates all components to be delivered with the highest precision in 3D using SolidWorks.
We process customer data records in the most common formats, including .igs, .step, .dwg and .dxf, to ensure smooth data exchange.

Manufacturing processes - Diverse casting processes for individual components
WCF relies on a wide range of manufacturing processes to deliver precise and customized components.
These include investment casting (lost wax process), green sand casting (machine and hand-molded), centrifugal casting, hand-molded casting using the cold resin process, shell molding and the lost mold process.
We also manufacture components using 3D sand printing on Voxeljet machines. Each of these processes is precisely tailored to the specific requirements of your projects in order to guarantee the highest quality and reliability.
Depth of production - from raw castings to complex end components
WCF offers comprehensive vertical integration and supplies both raw cast parts and pre-machined and finished components.
Individual components from different manufacturing processes can also be combined into complex assemblies using welding technology.
This enables us to realize tailor-made solutions for a wide range of requirements – from simple parts to fully machined and assembled components.
Quality assurance - Comprehensive testing for maximum safety
Before the products leave our premises, we subject them to strict quality assurance at WCF. This includes testing methods such as dimensional testing, VT testing, PT testing, MT testing and UT testing as well as X-ray testing if necessary.
To ensure complete documentation and traceability, we create detailed protocols and certificates for all tests, which guarantee the quality and safety of the components.
Materials - A wide range of materials for every requirement
A wide range of materials is available, including gray cast iron, nodular cast iron and unalloyed, low-alloy and high-alloy cast steel. In addition to these common materials, special materials such as cobalt-based and nickel-based materials as well as refractory metals such as titanium, niobium, tungsten and molybdenum are also processed.
This comprehensive variety of materials enables customized solutions for a wide range of applications and specific requirements.
